We have worked with a number of local schools and Educational specialists to put together a range of  Lesson plans for you to be able to use prior to your visit.  Each of these plans address different subjects and we are adding more plans to the site on a regular basis.

Mathematics

We would like to thank Mr M Grimsey of Wollaston School for his assistance for putting together these lesson plans.  The content within these plans range from National Curriculum Level 4, 4 - 5 and 7 which each task being related to some for of activity within the Park.  It would be ideal for these to be introduced to your students prior to their arrival at the Park and you might find it helpful to brief them on the details that you might require.  If you would like to download a pdf version of thsee lessons plans then please click here.

Activities

Developing new programmes of study

We encourage individual schools to develop their own programme of study using Wicksteed Park as the practical base.  We would be more than happy to work with you on developing such plans and if you would like to discuss this further then please contact
